Web Site Design

We provide free quotes. We base a quote on a labor charge of $30.00 per hour. Nonprofit organizations qualify for a discount. After our initial conversation, we'll present you with an estimate. Upon your acceptance, 50% of the labor total is due. After your pages are designed, we'll upload them to a temporary location for you to inspect and request changes. Once you're happy with our work, the remaining 50% is due. Once completed, we'll deliver your files on extenal media or upload your pages to your host server.

Maintenance

Our price for updating a Web site is $30.00 per hour billed on the quarter hour. There is a $20.00 minimum per update. We offer a discount for non-profits and for long-term arrangements.

Web site Marketing

Our fee for promoting a Web site varies. It depends on the needs of the client. We have a proven track record of getting sites noticed. Services we perform include placing your site's hyperlink or advertisement in other sites who have high-volume traffic, getting your Web site high search engine placement, and arranging advertisements in the most ideal and cost-effective print publications.

Domain Names

We can make all the arrangements for you to own a domain (www.yourchoice.com). You'll be the legal owner and responsible for yearly renewal fees. Our price for this service is $60.00 and includes the first year ownership cost of the domain. Use the link to the right to order.

Helpful Tips

All sites require a "Home Page" which in turn links visitors to other pages. This page should describe your organization or business and contain "keywords" so the public can locate your site when using search engines.

Other pages provide visitors with additional information. A "Profile" page will share your history and provide greater detail to the home page content. This will personalize each visitor's experience and allow you to showcase your uniqueness.

Of course, you'll want to thoroughly describe your products or the service(s) you provide. In the simple Web site, this can be one page. In a larger site, more pages may be devoted to describing the individual products or services you provide.

You should also provide contact information such as telephone number(s), e-mail address, your physical address, and perhaps a map to a physical location.

Other features in a Web site could include a guestbook, an external links page, or a form that gathers useful information. In addition, you may want a sign-up form for a newsletter, a tell-a-friend feature allowing visitors to easily refer others to your site, or a real-time forum so visitors can interact with one-another.
